Hafenpark is located at an elevation of about 18 meters and covers an area of approximately 3,600 square meters. The park is a great place to stroll, take a walk, or just relax.
Hafenpark, with its observation tower, is part of the Neuland project. Several walking paths wind through various areas planted with grass, flower beds, perennials, shrubs, and trees.In general, the new recreational area is divided into several sections. There are special zones for children and teenagers, as well as quiet areas. An 80-meter-long boardwalk leads toward the harbor basin and the Danube to an observation tower.
Two observation platforms—one at a height of about 28 meters, the second just above the water’s surface—are accessible by elevator. From these platforms, visitors can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the harbor area and experience harbor operations up close.

Getting there by public transportation: LINZ AG ROUTES - Routes 27, 46, 70, 72, Posthofstraße stop; or Routes 27, 46, N 83, Hafenportal stop
Driving directions: You can park at the Hafen Linz parking garage, Industriezeile 35, 4020 Linz.
The main entrance to Hafenpark is located behind the Hafenportal. From the parking garage, a green floor marking leads to the staircase/elevator. An elevator is available for access.
