At Dein Yoga Space - from September 2023 housed in the Vöcklabruck co-working space - I am happy to welcome you to yoga with a cup of tea!
I love yoga and I love to support people in finding and deepening their very own approach to yoga. For me, yoga means peace, freedom, connection with myself and the joy of movement.

My motto: Find what feels good for you.
I offer a weekly, open Vinyasa Yin class that you can attend flexibly with a stamp pass. The content includes varied flows and deeply decelerating yin poses to completely relax the nervous system.
I also love my pregnancy yoga classes and the mum and baby classes. These take place in regular 5-week blocks.
