To preserve and develop the life in the grain, our doughs rest for a day at a controlled temperature. We rely on new technologies to maintain the flavour and long shelf life and to adapt the profession of baker to our world.
We consciously and appreciatively value a FOOD product, preferring the grain from the neighbouring field, which costs more because it is worth more to us.
We pay particular attention to the quality and natural ingredients in our bread, for a very special flavour. In our bakery, we work exclusively by hand - without any additives, which makes our baked goods something very special.
The organic range includes wholemeal rye bread, wholemeal spelt bread, white spelt bread and special pastries. Finally, the cakes, tarts and slices produced in the patisserie department deserve a mention. Our customers appreciate the fact that only butter is used in the bakery and that the eggs are free-range eggs.
The processing of "old" flour mixtures, which produce a very special flavour, seems interesting for the near future.
