🍤🍤 INNVIERTLER GARNELEN - Delight from the Innviertel 🍤🍤

In the Innviertel region, we know what's good for you, what tastes good and how it's made - not least our "Innviertel prawns", which are grown using a sustainable and resource-saving process and prepared freshly caught in sashimi quality every day.

Our wonderful region is thus enriched by a high-quality culinary facet. 🍤
The white tiger prawns are bred in a species-appropriate manner from larvae to ready-to-eat food without the addition of harmful substances in a recirculation system - a closed aquaculture facility. The water for this comes directly from the source, is mixed with the best sea salt and sustainably heated with wood chips from the region 🍤

The prawns are therefore not flown countless kilometres around the globe, but are available freshly caught and directly from the farm every day.
Synergy as far as the eye can see and an incredibly aromatic flavour to boot.

Thanks to the current system, around ten kilograms of high-quality prawns can be caught and prepared in sashimi form every week.

BEST PRAWN QUALITY FROM THE FARM 🍤
Collection takes place at the agreed time directly from the farm in Wildenau.
Orders placed by 10:00 on the day of harvest will be honoured until 17:00 on the same day.
