A small but fine organic shop, a local supplier in a class of its own with a large selection. Special emphasis is placed on regionality and quality. At the cheese counter you will find organic specialities from cows, sheep and goats, and when it comes to fresh meat you can choose between beef and organic lamb. Organic fish (to order) is just as tempting as organic fruit and vegetables.
Bread and pastries made from pure durum wheat and spelt, homemade strudel, organic wine from Austria, schnapps, spices, pasta, cereals, juices, tea and coffee round off the range. There are fine jams and various spreads from our own production. The farm shop is constantly expanding.

And every lunchtime there are also home-made take-away meals - conjured up from our own supplies, of course. Food not wasted.
