Every registration is binding (not only after payment)! No course confirmation will be sent to you. If you register by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation from us. For courses with a limited number of participants, registration is required at least 1 week before the start of the course! Proof of payment must be presented at the 1st course unit. A 50% discount is granted for siblings aged 1 year and older attending the same course, and a 25% discount for each additional child attending the same course. Payment can be made in cash at the EKIZ or with a payment slip.
As our events are calculated with minimum cost coverage, any cancellation will result in losses. Cancellations must therefore be made at least 1 week before the start of the course = registration deadline. If you or the EKIZ are unable to find a replacement participant, we will have to charge the full course fee. Even in the event of illness or if you have to cancel a course early, we cannot refund any costs or any partial amounts. For events that we have to cancel, we will refund the course fees in full.
