Organic sheep's milk - nothing to complain about!

Hannes and Helene's BIO AUSTRIA farm Zeilinger is located in the heart of the Innviertel region. The organic farm is a pure grassland farm and has been farmed organically for 20 years. In summer, the 170 dairy sheep graze on the lush short-grass pasture and in winter they are fed the best organic hay - they thank them with valuable organic sheep's milk! Hannes and Helene are particularly keen on the circular economy and are passionate about composting and soil health. They explain how valuable sheep's milk is produced from the grass and hay, what grows on the organic fields and offer insights into the life of the dairy sheep on their BIO AUSTRAI farm.
