A well-signposted hiking trail leads from the village of Wanzbach past the "1000-year-old oak tree". The seating area at the wayside shrine invites you to take a contemplative rest.

Route description: For quiet observers, art connoisseurs and hikers it is possible to get to know the charming combination of nature, culture and hospitality on this flat stretch between Inzersdorf and Schlierbach. Sights such as the "Inzersdorfer Madonna" (1430) in the Marienkirche Inzersdorf, the natural monument "1000-year-old oak" halfway in the Haselböckau and the Cistercian monastery with the baroque collegiate church, the Bernardisaal and the collegiate library invite you to this hike.
