The work in our bakery is real handwork! The dough for our bread and pastries is hand-wrought and you can taste that too. Great taste, high tolerance, excellent shelf life and all this without artificial additives. By keeping the dough for a long time, we give our bread everything it needs to be tasty and digestible!

Best bakery in the district of Vöcklabruck

At the 19th International Bread Competition we were awarded as the best bakery in the district of Vöcklabruck! Awarded for the special taste were 2020 our Zeller farmer´s bread, the white roll and our spelt pastry with fabulous 100 points.

The following breads from our bakery were also awarded gold:
  •   the Bavarian country bread - our mild bread, which stays fresh for a long time
  •   the 100% pure rye bread - the compact long-lasting one
  •   the wholemeal bread - baked with regional seeds (sunflowers, linseeds, pumpkin  seeds) from the Innviertel region of Austria
  •   our legendary original bread - the spicy white bread
  •   In the pastry category, the Handsemmerl, our Kurkumaweckerl and the Ursprungweckerl came out on top! When awarding the medals for the pastries, the expert jury awarded our doughnuts with a fabulous 98 points and our butter foam rolls with 95 points with gold.

Why does our bread taste so good?

We give it the time it needs to become a tasty, aromatic and digestible bread with a long shelf life.
In the selection of ingredients, we attach great importance to regional and sustainable raw materials. We work with suppliers who have the same standards of quality and taste as we do and can provide us with products of consistently high quality.
We bake according to traditional craftsmanship with a lot of manual work, care and attention to detail. It is especially important to us to preserve old recipes, which are refined by us until the perfect bread is created. Precise and careful work is extremely important, especially in the long run! Success is teamwork! We are especially proud of our employees, who work with us every day with a lot of joy and verve and do great things in our bakery as well as in the branches and inspire our customers with handmade bread, pastries, and confectionery and the right fun!
