Our bread chips
Master baker Andreas Holzinger cares about food. That's why he recycles leftover bread into a new product: bread chips! Bread chips are made from spelt, rye or mixed rye bread. These are cut wafer-thin, refined with butter and spices and then dried at 150 degrees.
