Ideal starting point for hikes.
The car park at the Almsee lake in the mountaineering village of Grünau im Almtal is particularly suitable for hikes along the Almsee lake, along the Almuferweg "Genuss am Almfluss" trail or a mountain tour through the Tote Gebirge mountains!
A visit to the Gasthof Seehaus is also worthwhile - let yourself be enchanted by the marvellous delicacies from the Almtal.
Please note that a large part of the car park is privately owned.
Camping is prohibited.
There is also a public toilet at the car park as well as an information tree with interesting brochures, which are available for free.
The car park is freely accessible all year round - there is limited snow clearance in winter.
