What characterises my patisserie? It's the balance of acidity, salt and sugar. It provides the outer firmness and allows the appearance to reach its peak. And it's Laura's flair for finding the perfect combination of ingredients. This gives the cakes, pies, brownies, sweets and bread specialities their incomparable taste. A flavour experience with many notes. Sometimes really sweet, sometimes bittersweet, sometimes a little sour. Not too much and not too little of everything and just not monotonous. Sweet delicacies that make you happy all round.
