The chapel is located in the Obst-Hügel-Land Nature Park on the Nature Park High Trail. It was built to replace a plague column that had fallen into disrepair. The motifs of the pillar were adopted: Depiction of the Holy Trinity, St Sebastian (patron saint against plague and other diseases) and St Florian (companion in life and death and helper in danger).
