When Matthias Rinderer from Schweibern in Oberhofen does the rounds in his Chevrolet, it is mostly for professional reasons: He supplies his customers in the region with freshly roasted coffee beans. VB Kaffee, as his company is called, is a specialty roasting company where the 38-year-old has been roasting small quantities of high-quality coffee beans since 2018 - and creating a big wow factor for customers.
