I started farming organically more than 30 years ago. I have always been fascinated by observing the characteristics and needs of soil, plants, animals and people and working together to achieve good yields.
We process our grain harvest, organic spelt, organic wheat and organic rye, into grain meal, flour and flakes. We use our spelt harvest to make spelt pasta, fine soup noodles, ribbon noodles, spirals, croissants, ...... and much more - in wholemeal and light-coloured quality. Herb, chilli and wild garlic noodles round off our range.
