Bio Braberl "Bretterbauer- und Schaberlhof"

BioBraberl is two farms with a common cycle.

We are a producer association of the two organic farms Bretterbauer and Schaberl in Braunau/Inn and Ranshofen.
Together we produce and market cereal products and sourdough bread from the wood-fired oven, pasture-raised eggs from the mobile henhouse, meat from pasture-raised cattle and seasonal vegetables as well as juice directly from the farm. Organic and socially fair farming is a matter of course for us.

Opening hours:

The farm shop at the Schaberlhof in Ranshofen is open every Wednesday and Thursday from 3.00 - 6.00 pm. Everything is available here: from fresh sourdough bread from the wood-fired oven to cereals and flours, pasture eggs and seasonal vegetables. We also offer milk, cheese and other products from local organic farmers.
In our self-service vending machines you can buy our pasture eggs and potatoes (at the Schaberlhof) and, in addition to the pasture eggs, fresh seasonal vegetables (at the Bretterbauerhof) around the clock. The fresh organic vegetables are also available at the farmers' market in Mauerkirchen every Thursday morning or on pre-order. The pasture-raised beef is sold in the farm shop about once a month by pre-order.

Our range in the farm shop is extended by some regional organic farms such as the: Biohof Paischer from Munderfing, Bio Ziegenhof und Käserei Eigelsberg from Höhnhart, Biohof Simandl from Roßbach, Mattigtaler Hofkäserei from Seekirchen, Käserei Höflmaier from Lochen, Weltladen Braunau, and Biohof Heissbauer in Neuhofen. We also work together with other farms and processing companies in the region in various production and refinement processes.
