Organic farm Hanslbauer

Stefanie and Franz Barth's organic farm is located in the Braunau district of Munderfing. The arable and grassland farm specialises in dairy cattle and laying hens.
Biodiversity and species-appropriate animal husbandry are top priorities at the organic farm. The production of pure hay milk has therefore been a major concern for the Barth family for many years. They are also members of the Trumer Seenland organic hay region.

The farm's healthy organic soil allows a variety of aromatic grasses and plants to grow - the best fodder for the animals and the ideal basis for healthy grain.

Programme (duration: 1 to 2.5 hours):

• Guided tour: From organic grain to organic bread
• Guided tour: How organic hay milk is produced - a walk to the species-rich meadows, butter churning, etc.
• Workshops: Baking bread, baking rolls, biscuit courses

The programme can be rounded off with various activities: Crafting with hay (e.g. hay crowns/wreaths, hay men and much more). Individual programmes can be arranged in consultation with the farm.
