Starting in the 14th century the so called Gogl-mill existed alongside river Traun. It belonged to various owners over time. In the late 19th century the Astecker family bought the mill and built a mansion on the property. They also added a modern sawmill to the mill. In 1967 the sawmill operation was discontinued by the Astecker family. The buildings were then sold.
