The Danube Bus is a speedboat that transports people and bikes from Ottensheim to Linz in about 20 minutes every day from May to September. Daily ferry service from May to September:
May/June/September: Mon-Sun 9 am-6:20 pm
July/August: Mon-Thu 9 am-6:20 pm; Fri/Sat/Sun 9 am-7:20 pm
Departure Ottensheim: always on the hour
Departure Linz/Urfahr: 20 minutes after the hour

To be sure of getting a seat, a reservation is highly recommended - per trip a maximum of 12 people with bicycles, prams or wheelchairs - dogs are also allowed. (On particularly busy days, a second Danube bus is used).
