Brauerei Lind'n Bräu

The founding trio of Thomas and Rudolf Paireder and Johann Schartmüller put a lot of work and commitment into the construction of the brewery, the brewery building and, of course, the refinement of the recipes and varieties. The Lind'n Bräu brewery has been a commercial home brewery since 2019.

Two varieties have made it into the core range: Pilsner and Märzen.
Lind'n Bräu Märzen is a bottom-fermented full beer. Lightly hopped, malty, with a clear residual sweetness. The flavour is palatable and very full-bodied.
Amber in colour. Pilsner is a bottom-fermented beer with a higher hop content. Golden yellow in colour, naturally cloudy. Wonderfully fruity. Slightly bitter and slightly bitter in flavour.

We are always trying out and experimenting with new speciality beers.
The beer is brewed by hand and is a purely natural product that is neither pasteurised nor filtered to preserve its natural flavour.

The beers are available in the brewery on request and can also be tasted on site.
We also offer guided tours of the brewery for small groups.
