The OKH - Offene Kulturhaus Vöcklabruck has been a regional cultural provider since 2012 and at the same time a space of opportunity for future models. The cultural exchange and the diversity of contemporary art form a piece of "urban island" with an anchor function on the Vöckla. Supra-regional impulses are set on the site of the old hospital - supported, revitalised and further developed by the charitable commitment of many.
The OKH is organised by the "Kunst- und Kulturhaus Vöcklabruck" association, which was founded in 2007 with the aim of creating a cultural presentation and production centre in Vöcklabruck. Its continuous programme has established the OKH as a lively cultural venue between Linz and Salzburg and has since opened up access to contemporary culture that would not exist in this form in the greater Vöcklabruck area.
Completely suitable for wheelchairs. The object complies with the legally stipulated ÖNORM.
