In the beautiful Waldaistsport centre in Weitersfelden, you can chase the pigeon to your heart's content with Birnstingl & Co. during the winter months. Every year, the Weitersfelden Sports Union team looks after the up to 12 natural ice rinks at the sports ground pond with great dedication and love.

Due to the special climatic location at the confluence of the Black and White Aist rivers, extremely low night-time temperatures often guarantee curling fun until the beginning of March. The Waldaist curling rinks are very popular for curling tournaments due to their ice safety and 12 lanes and are also booked for many local and club tournaments.

Not only can you warm up and enjoy hot and cold drinks in the new curling trolley , but groups of 10 or more can also enjoy a hearty roast from the Rein in co-operation with the local innkeepers.
