With our well-behaved Haflinger carriage Elisa and Aco we offer fantastic carriage rides through Mitterbach and neighbouring villages.

Whether with a glass of champagne, a shot of schnapps or a picnic, we have something for everyone.

If there is enough snow, we also offer sleigh rides, our carriage has room for 4 people, the sleigh has room for 2-3 people.

We are also very happy to drive away from the nearby Forellenwirt, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or celebrate, so we are also very happy to organise children's birthday parties and the like.

Every first Sunday of the month (weather permitting) we offer short carriage rides for approx. 20 minutes for €9/person. This price also applies to children's birthday parties.

Carriage ride Mitterbach

Through relaxing forests, past the source of the Feldaist, along the watershed to several young farmers who supply regional products to our village shop.

Carriage ride to the pilgrimage church of St. Michael
From the Mitterbach round trip, we make a detour to the church of St. Michael with a short stop to visit the church or enjoy the wonderful view, then we return via Heinrichschlag.
Duration approx. 1h 15min - cost 95€

Carriage ride with picnic for 2 people

After a romantic carriage ride with a glass of sparkling wine, you and your loved one can enjoy a wonderful picnic on the grass, after which we will take you back to the starting point.
Duration approx. 2 hours (journey time 45 minutes) - cost €120

Carriage ride with gourmet dinner at the Forellenwirt

Starting from the Forellenwirt, we take our fantastic Haflinger carriage for a romantic ride through Mitterbach - Heinrichschlag, followed by a delicious gourmet dinner for 2 at the inn. Journey time approx. 45 min - cost of journey €75, cost of dinner €50

On request, we offer short tours through Mitterbach on the 1st Sunday of the month (weather permitting). Duration 20-25min - cost 9€ per person
