The Steyr Kripperl is one of the last remaining marionette theaters in Europe and was recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2018. Craft scenes and amusing anecdotes from the Biedermeier society of Steyr are brought to life through orally transmitted texts and songs (in Upper Austrian dialect). An experience not just for children!
