Agriculture has always been an important part of the Thomabauer organic farm. For this reason, we attach great importance to quality and sustainability in animal husbandry and the production of our own feed. 100% of the feed for our animals is grown on our own fields. In addition to the feed grain, special crops such as spelt, einkorn, emmer and buckwheat are also harvested.
The products processed on the farm contain neither flavour enhancers nor curing salt and are handmade in every step from cutting to the finished product. Our motto is: nothing goes into our products that would not also be used in our private households.
