Our machinery consists largely of CNC-controlled spring coiling and bending machines, together with associated peripheral equipment. A number of mechanically cam-controlled machines from previous decades, as well as in-house-built bending and coiling machines and supplementary manual bending tools, provide a robust, reliable set of equipment for comprehensive production.

We produce the specialised bent component for your very specific installation requirements!

Our in-house toolmaking department produces the bespoke tool for the relevant machine within a very short time, and your spring or bent component can usually enter prototype production after just a few days.

Once approval has been granted, production begins, carried out by highly trained staff and in compliance with all quality-related specifications. This enables us to offer you short lead times and the very best possible quality !

Both the final heat treatment of the parts and the grinding of spring ends can be carried out in-house at Orth KG.

For surface finishing (vibratory grinding, shot blasting, electrogalvanising and passivation (blue, yellow, black, olive), nickel plating, chrome plating, phosphating, burnishing, etc.), we pass the finished products on to our long-standing partners.
