Kalleitner wayside cross

​The cross on the tree near the Hubertus Chapel had existed for a long time.

​Mr. Feusthuber's father - Unterellmauer - worked together with Mr. Kalleitner in 1987 in the forest near the Schernthan when Mr. Kalleitner was fatally injured. Often Mr. Feusthuber went to that place. When it was no longer possible for him to ascend to the Marterl at the disaster site, he built this memorial from the existing cross. This Marterl is also maintained by the Feusthuber family.
