Vockenhuber wayside shrine

The wayside shrine also known as the "Buchbauer Chapel" was destroyed in 1945 by refugees​
Six horses on a cart got out of control and demolished the chapel. Family Vockenhuber built a wooden shrine.
​When the mill was closed a warehouse was built at ist place. In the year 2000 the shrine was badly in Need of a renovation. The Family Vockenhuber built a new shrine out of brick next to the parking spaces.
