The cross on the house wall is a graveyard cross. It was originally on a grave in Mattighofen. In the 80is the Family left the grave as they moved to Mondsee.

The cross is very important for Mr Engelbert Tajcovsky. He placed it at the entry because it remembers him of the ones who died.
