Family Hauptmann built the house.
The space for a statue was planned, but remained empty. The family bequeathed the house of the Archdiocese of Salzburg, from which the couple Mag. Architect Peter Schuh bought it in 1985. An empty saint was quickly found for the empty corner lantern. The choice fell on the hl. Francis, who is an admonishing role model by his attention of nature and everything created against us humans of the 21st century. The sculptor Walter Mayerhofer from Salzburg made the statue. It is made of wood and limed. The saint turns his ear to the highway, whose constant noise is unmistakable. In his hand he not only holds a bird - but also a fish according to the area.
