Gold bonnet group

The Gold bonnet group Nussdorf has been active for almost 6 decades.

Obtain and maintain cultural traditions to help traditional costumes and customs but also remains alive, we want to be open to new ideas.

On the initiative of the then provincial chairwoman of the gold bonnet, headscarf and hat groups, Mrs. Anneliese Ratzenböck, gold bonnet groups were newly founded in most places in Upper Austria in 1976, including Nußdorf.

We currently have 25 active women who wear gold or pearl bonnets and also headscarves, 5 girls go with the bonnet. We hope, however, that the number of girls will increase again in the next few years.

Since 2002 we have had the Nußdorf everyday costume, which was designed by us in cooperation with the Heimatwerk.
