With the Sterngartlkutsche through the beautiful Mühlviertel: Experience slowness with our horse-drawn carriage, your sled or riding.

We offer our excursions all year round, starting with a one-hour drive through the Mühlviertler Brunnwald, through the typical Stoableß houses to stage trips lasting several hours or several days with our Sterngartl riding car.

If snow is appropriate in winter, we will take you on a horse-drawn toboggan run directly from our farm to the winter wonder, which is a very special experience.

We are a family business and our farm houses around 30 horses, both our own and those of our setting guests.

Our carriage rides are led by the host, “Sterngartl-Kutscher” Josef Reingruber, or by one of our experienced and trained team drivers.

We drive our driving horses regularly, and when they are not on duty in front of the carriage, they can relax in their open stables and simply be horses. As driving horses we have Haflinger, Oldenburg and Silesian.

We offer our carriage rides all year round, and our carriages are prepared to take them for a ride in bad weather. In winter and when the snow is suitable, our cars stay in the garage and we take our sleighs for the trips.
