Margit and Josef Mayr-Lamm run an organic vegetable farm in Allhaming. They have dedicated their work to diversity and plant rarities. The organic farm is home to numerous forgotten and rediscovered vegetable varieties such as five-coloured chard, Asian salads, root rarities and all kinds of edible flowers. The colourful variety of tomatoes and peppers in the greenhouses is particularly worth seeing.
Programme (duration: 1.5 to 2 hours):
Guided tour through the rich variety of vegetables with tips on how to use them
Information about organic farming and biodiversity
Interesting facts about building biology, as the farm has been renovated using only natural building materials and breathable building materials.
Additional offer:
Cooking and eating together in the greenhouse among organic tomatoes, peppers and more.
Individual programme design possible after consultation with the farm.
