Dinkelkaffeerösterei

Rösterreich, founded in 2009, is the spelt coffee roastery on our small farm in the Innviertel region of Austria. From spelt cultivation to processing and marketing, we cover a broad spectrum of added value.

The entire farm covers 23 hectares and 25 suckler cows with offspring are kept alongside the roastery.
Both branches of the business are farmed organically and all raw materials purchased come from controlled organic cultivation.
We offer particularly natural, healthy and high-quality products. The unique flavour of our spelt coffees is also exceptional due to the special wood roasting process.
