Fruit growing without beekeeping is unthinkable. There are a large number of bee colonies to guarantee pollination in Obst-Hügel-Land.

The redesigned bee adventure trail on the Kirschblütenweg was opened in June 2015 with a big bee festival.

The revised bee experience trail on the cherry blossom trail in Hochscharten/Wolfsgrub comprises 18 information boards. The topics range from the life of a worker bee to honey production, from flower pollination to the bees' tail dance. Special new attractions include a Maya the Bee photo panel and a large wild bee hotel. Visitors can also look forward to a show beehive and a small bee hut with old beekeeping equipment. Immerse yourself in the world of bees!

Guided tours through the bee nature trail:
This offer is ideal for children and school groups. After the tour, you can sample delicious honey from the Obst-Hügel-Land Nature Park!
