Vöcklawellt offers a wide variety of options: In the steam room, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and herbal sauna, you’re sure to leave the drudgery of everyday life behind, and then treat yourself to the massage showers or the tropical rain shower. After a sweat-inducing session, there’s nothing better than relaxing in the adjacent, comfortably heated indoor pool. A solarium is also available.

Swimming Programs for Ages 0 to 100 at Vöcklawellt
The Vöcklawellt Swimming and Wellness Center in Vöcklamarkt offers a comprehensive range of swimming programs for all age groups. The full program is available on the website www.voeckla-wellt.at: from baby and toddler swimming to children’s swimming for beginners and advanced swimmers, as well as adult groups of all ages and skill levels (swimming and water aerobics).

Baby and toddler swimming at Vöcklawellt is available starting at 8–10 weeks of age and takes place on Saturdays and Sundays in water heated to 32 °C. Children are introduced to the water in a playful way, which helps develop their motor skills, coordination, and sensory perception while also strengthening their bond with their parents. Starting at 12–18 months, children can begin practicing basic swimming strokes and self-rescue techniques.

Children’s swimming takes place Monday through Friday and is divided into beginner and advanced groups. Beginners practice together with a parent, while advanced swimmers learn various swimming techniques—such as backstroke, crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly—step by step without their parents. This ensures that the children are optimally prepared for safe swimming.
