Diversity lies in the small things!
Despite its small size, the Mörwald family's organic mountain farm on the hills of the Enns Valley has a lot going on. Many types and varieties of fruit thrive in the 3.3-hectare orchard. The fruit is marketed fresh or processed into high-quality drinks. Every year, rich musts mature in the old vaulted cellar. The apple cider vinegar develops its delicious flavour in the vinegar cellar.
