From the tree to the bottle
On our tours we take you on a journey from the orchard, through the juice press and the cellar to enjoying the finished products and their special properties. Under the mighty cider pear trees you will find out what is now grown and produced on the farm. In the show Easter egg show you can see the equipment for processing fruit into juice, cider and brandy. Eva's passion has been vinegar production for several years. Together with two colleagues from Mühlviertel companies, they have joined forces to form the "organic vinegar makers". Eva is the best person to tell you how it came about, while you convince yourself of the taste of the cider, frizzante, vinegars, mustards, etc.
