The basis for every good schnapps is the quality of the used fruit.

We produce and sell schnapps and liquors. The products range from pear, plum and grain “Korn” schnapps over to nut, cherry and currant liquor. Not only schnapps but also diverse fruits, depending on the season, can be bought at our place.
 
Next to distilling, Josef Wimmer is also specialized in forestry and sells wood: firewood, metre-logs.
