Highlight of her life you hear: Space tones (sound like solar storms, pulsars, etc.)
The observatory of Prof. Wöss originates from a childhood dream and came true after a summer holiday in Sandl. After buying the land, the tower with the library was built, followed later by the living area with workshop and still later the studio and conservatory. Recently, a second observatory dome was purchased from America and mounted on a wooden platform. A large solar telescope is to find its place here. There are 8 telescopes in the old dome, each for a different purpose (every telescope has its own sky...).
Prof. Wöss is happy to show visitors around the observatory. As the planetary hiking trail also passes by, a Pluto square has been set up in front of the observatory, where anyone interested can read important information on 7 boards and listen to space sounds: What do solar storms, pulsars etc. sound like?
