The Schafferteich Vorderstoder is a natural lake in a beautiful location!
This peaceful natural swimming pond is surrounded by a serene mountain setting, just a few kilometers from Vorderstoder, and is also easy to reach by car. Bathers and fishermen alike enjoy the peace and solitude that offers them the Schafferteich. The Schafferteich is freely accessible on the jetty and the lawn you can relax to your heart and enjoy the sun.
The path around the lake is partially on the water and is ideal for a Sunday stroll.

Accessibility / arrivalComing from Hinterstoder, drive through the town of Vorderstoder in the direction of Windischgarsten. About 200 meters after leaving the village, turn right at the bus stop, keep left at a fork in the road, drive up the hill until you reach the Schafferteich car park, which is subject to a fee. From there you walk about 10 minutes to the Schafferteich.
