From the entry area next to the steps (do not use the footbridge: private property!), you will dive for quite a while to the left, over a muddy surface, until you reach a slanting Schlierwand (wall) that leads to the lake.
This clay wall stretches itself from 5 m to approx. 35 m deep, but seldom it reaches a height of more than 8 m. We recommend taking a lamp with you, in order to explore the small caves, where burbots like to dwell. You can then either follow the wall back or take the direct way (course approx. 90°) back to the shore. In the summer, you can observe numerous fish in between the plants in this flat-water area.all season
