The Carmelite Church was built at the beginning of the 18th century and has retained its interior and exterior Baroque appearance to this day. It is thus one of the most valuable baroque churches in Austria.
However, the Carmelite Church is not only a valuable cultural monument. Above all, it is a place of reflection, a place to come to rest, a place of prayer and a place of worship. More than 500 visitors come to the church every day.
