Eduard-Haas Fountain

St. Martin im Mühlkreis, Oberösterreich, Österreich
Eduard Haas, who invented the baking powder, lived in St. Martin in the 19th century. He was known as a 'Bader'; that is someone who is a doctor and an obstetrician. He was also the owner of a model farm and he helped to develop the agriculture and economy of St. Martin.

A fountain and the house of Haas in Badergasse 1 are the witnesses of this famous inhabitant of St. Martin.
