Two Churches in Bad Goisern

In earlier times, St. Agatha's had aspirations  to become an independent place. So it is not surprising that there is a second Catholic church in Bad Goisern. A special feature is the sandstone altar which is quite unique.

Pilgirm Path

A visit to the church in St. Agatha can be ideally combined with a short pilgrim path along small chapels starting from Bad Goisern. This pilgrimage path starts at the chapel of Stieger carpentry and continues through Stambach and ends at the church of St. Agatha.
