House museum „On the traces of the Habsburger“



The Emperor inn, once imperial post station in Weyregg located since 1888 in the family.
Old "Zur Post" Country Inn revives the spirit of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy.
The varied history of the Habsburg Family of Rulers can be traced using paintings, placards, old prints, documents, manuscripts, and memorabilia.
A guided tour of the collection can be arranged by appointment.

May to October
Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays
Closed in November
Open daily 09:00am to 2:00pm and 6:00pm to 11:00pm
July & August: 09:00am to 12:00 Midnight
October to May: Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays

Coming from Vienna/Linz on the A1 - exit Schörfling - bypass to Kammer - left on the B152 to Weyregg.
Coming from Salzburg on the A1 - exit Seewalchen - ahead to the traffic light - left over the Ager bridge on the B152 to Weyregg
Coming from Bad Ischl through Weißenbachtal on the B152 via Steinbach to Weyregg
Coming from Salzburg or Linz/Vienna by train to Attnang-Puchheim or Vöcklabruck - continue by bus no. 562 to Weyregg
