At the Schlüßlberg farm, a FOKUS MENSCH facility, you can buy regional delicacies and agricultural products, most of which are home-grown. People with disabilities live and work on the farm and sell the products at the delicatessen market with the support of their companions. Some of the products on offer: fresh bread and pastries, farmhouse doughnuts, potatoes, bacon and roast meat, grammel and liver dumplings as well as other processed and raw meat.
