The parish church in Senftenbach was built in the 15th century in Gothic style from tufa stone and dedicated to the Holy Cross. The church houses three wooden statues - St Bartholomew, St Peter and St Paul. They were created around 1670 by sculptor Thomas Schwanthaler. The church feast day is 24 August - Bartholomew (patron saint of the church).
