QUALITY IS THE DIFFERENCE We want to achieve good quality and thus differentiate ourselves from others. This requires, on the one hand, the procurement of flawless, selected raw materials - as a basic prerequisite - and, on the other hand, the production of baked goods using traditional, artisan methods. Both also allow us to do without any artificial additives.
The production of sourdough bread in a wide variety of types and forms is already a tradition for us. Whether wholemeal bread or homemade bread, sunflower bread or rye bread, we only use natural sourdough that we make ourselves.
But even in the area of pastries, the top priority is: no artificial additives. This is also noticeable in the crispy tasting foam rolls, when eating our delicate Danish pastries or in the different types of shortbread, which are sold as tea biscuits with home-made jam.
