St. Georgen im Attergau is a market town in Upper Austria in the district Vöcklabruck in Hausruckviertel with 4375 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2018). The municipality is located in the judicial district Vöcklabruck.

St. Georgen in the Attergau lies at 540 m above sea level. A. in the Hausruckviertel. The extent is from north to south 4.3 km, from west to east 7.2 km. The total area is 15.5 km ², 18.1% of the area is wooded, 65.8% of the area are used for agriculture. The municipality is traversed from south to north of the drought Ager. The highest point is the Buchberg with 808 m above sea level.

Puchheim - via regional train to Vöcklamarkt and St. Georgen
By plane:
